Not able to scan using camera . Insist to allow camera and storage permission but there's no way I can allow storage permission in Samsung phone setting.. email the team few times no one replied. Atria concierge staff advised to take image first, then upload. It works initially, but not able to submit now, kept giving error "fill all parameters"which I've already did!!! Really a poor app..

still has problem of unable to take Pictures of Receipts as Error message of givibg permissions for storage and camera. I have given permission for camera but Storage permission doesnt work for Honor Magic Pro 6. cant see the app appear for permissions. Annoying BUG that is causing members to loose points. Pls FIX this URGENTLY.

Looks like same problems still exist since reviews of 2019 to current.. repeat issues such as "...slow internet...", " no storage access...", " approval denied.. " Why bother to introduce an app that is so unfriendly to users? Please check out Paradigm Mall app which is super user friendly n easy to use. Makes one want to continue shopping there ...
